The Rainbow Lunch & Supper Clubs offer LGBTIQ+* seniors age 60+ a nutritious meal and an opportunity to socialize with friends and enjoy various activities including programs, entertainment and educational series.

Hours: The Rainbow Supper Club meets the 1st Wednesday of each month Supper is served at 4:00pm. The Rainbow Lunch Club meets the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month Lunch is served at noon.
The services provided are psychosocial assessments for gender-affirming hormone therapy, referrals for gender-affirming surgery, the continuance of gender affirming hormone therapy, and case management. Gender affirming treatment for transgender and gender diverse adults at Family Health Center of Worcester is managed through an integrated care approach of Behavioral health and Medical providers under an informed consent model of care. Our criteria for gender-affirming hormone therapy is informed by the WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health).

We are Safe Homes, a program supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex and asexual (LGBTQIA+) young people, and their straight allies, between the ages of 14 and 23. The group is led by youth peer leaders, professional staff, and volunteers who offer support, resources and opportunities for socialization in a safe and nurturing environment.

The LGBT Asylum Task Force provides shared housing for LGBTQ asylum seekers in Worcester, Massachusetts. If funds are available, we provide a small monthly stipend to pay for food, transportation, and other basic expenses. Housing and stipend support continues until asylum seekers receive their work permits
